This recipe is a treat or dessert that will please kids and adults both, especially those who prefer food that does not have a lot of sugar and added fat. Quantities are not precise and can be modified to suit circumstances.
1. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the shells into a blender. Add the orange juice, cocoa powder and vanilla and blend on low setting.
2. Add the prune pieces and blend on a higher setting until all is smooth. Add a little water if mixture is too thick.
3. Pour into popsicle moulds or any small containers. Add popsicle sticks as needed. Freeze until firm.
